We ship orders worldwide and carefully pack each item to help protect natural stone sculptures, crystal carvings, jewelry, and other fragile pieces during transit.

Processing Time
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when additional protective packaging is required.

Shipping & Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges are determined by local authorities and are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Fragile & Natural Stone Items
Many of our products are made from natural stone and may be fragile. Each order is packed with protective materials to help reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
